My Style: Fuhrer’s Style of Leadership

There are different styles of leadership thought in school. However, when I look back on my experiences, it seems I have my own way of leadership that attracts a lot of people I come across.

Here are some of my qualities that might be useful to you.A leader must (be):

♥ Passionate. Have profound reason to lead or commitment towards his/her leadership.

♥ Responsible. Willfully accept the duties and obligations set upon him as well as good well-being of his/her group.

♥ Role Model. Manifest positive examples that invite trust, respect, and cooperative spirit.

♥ Positive. Always keep in mind and imparts the idea that there are better, brighter things other than the bad ones.

♥ Communicative. Voluntarily speak and express what is best and necessary to his/her duties and responsibilities.

♥ Listen. Pay good attention to his/her superior and
subordinates indiscriminately.

♥ Enjoy. Know and take part in combining fun with work.

♥ God-fearing. Acknowledge that there is greater being who imparts wisdom to those who humble themselves. To those who do not believe in a greater being, he/she bears in mind that there are good fruits in good deeds.

This is what I called “Gladys’ style of Leadership.”

To be a good Leader, you must be a good follower.
